Olberding Realty is a family owned and operated team of real estate experts that work throughout the twin cities and specialize in the northern suburbs. LISA OLBERDING
Broker/Owner
Lisa has been in the real estate industry since the mid-80’s, and got her real estate license in 2008. It is her drive and passion for real estate that has made Olberding Realty what it is today. Her start in the real estate industry began with real estate investing, from there, she worked to get her real estate license, next becoming a real estate broker, and from there started her own business to help buyers and sellers reach their own real estate goals. Lisa resides, works, and has raised her two children locally in Champlin. In her spare time Lisa still enjoys investing in and renovating real estate properties, spending time with her children and grandchildren, yoga, and reading.
HANNAH FIORAVANTI
Realtor/Partner
Hannah has been a licensed real estate agent since finishing college in 2013. Her passion for real estate started at a young age watching Lisa “flip” houses for many years growing up. She got her start in real estate learning how to invest in, and rehab homes. She believes whether you are buying a home as an investment, or as a place to put down roots – real estate is one of the most important purchases most people will ever make. She enjoys helping home buyers navigate the real estate process and building long lasting relationships with her clients. She lives in Ramsey with her 3 kids, her dog, and her cat. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and exercising.
SAMANTHA ERICKSON
Realtor/Partner
Samantha has been a licensed real estate agent since 2018. With a passion for service in her community – and roots in the northern suburbs – she is ready to help with your buying and selling needs. As a proud member of the Olberding Realty family, Samantha carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does. When Samantha isn’t working she enjoys reading, art, kayaking/paddle boarding, and spending time with her sons.
KATHRYN SHYPULSKI
Realtor/Partner
Kathy’s interest in real estate developed after graduating from Hamline School of Law. Using her Juris Doctorate at Thomson Reuters full time, she began working alongside Lisa and learning the residential investment market. This quickly turned into more than just a hobby but drive and passion to help buyers and sellers with ownership. Kat received her real estate license in 2013. She has over 12 years total experience working with Lisa and team. She resides in Burnsville with her fiancé and 2 boys. When not in a basketball gym supporting her oldest son, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
